Serge has been my personal trainer for 10 years. When I first came to him, I was sluggish, fighting weight gain, and had very little strength.
He help me to quickly established a routine that would help me to lose weight and keep it off, build strength and flexibility, sculpt the body, loose inches and change my mindset about keeping my body healthy.
Serge is the best trainer. He uses quiet, but persistent motivational dialogue coupled with the truth to keep you from falling off the track. He is patient, but assertive. He is serious and enjoys helping you to make your body the best it can be.
