Appointments are scheduled promptly by the hour. Therefore, if you are late, trainer can only work with you for the remainder of the hour. There will be no reductions in fee for lateness.
Cancellations: In an emergency situation, 24 hour notice of cancel lations is required. if 24 hour notice is not given, you are responsible for your fee. Excessive cancellations will not be permitted. |
